I need to tell you my address has changed

Fill in our form so we can help

If your new address is outside the UK, or you don’t want your address to be changed for all the policies you have with us, call us.

You can only ask us to change the address for a policy you’re named on. If you’d like to change the address on a joint policy, or there are other individuals or trustees named on the policy, we’ll need to hear from each of these extra policyholders before we can change their address. This is for security reasons.

Once you’ve completed this form, we’ll confirm your change of address by email. If that’s not possible, we’ll send confirmation by post within 10 working days.

Additional policyholders

You can only ask us to change the address for a policy that you’re named on. If it’s a joint policy, or there are other individuals or trustees named on the policy, each of these extra policyholders will need to send their own change of address instructions.

Are there other policyholders?

If yes, all policyholders must complete their own change of address form before we can change their address on the policy.

This can be things like needing your documents in an alternative format, or requiring additional support with communications due to being hard of hearing or needing a translator.

Security Check

As a security measure, we may need to run an electronic check against your details. This leaves a soft footprint on your credit history but doesn't impact it in any way. By ticking 'I consent' and submitting this form, you agree to this check.

If we aren't able to validate your Change of Address electronically, we'll need to see proof of Change of Address. If this happens, we'll let you know what proof we need.
