For your protection and ours, calls may be recorded and/or monitored. Calls to 0800 numbers from UK landlines and mobiles are free of charge. Calls from outside the UK may be charged at international rates.
If you are unsure if your condition or operation meets the insured definition, you can call our
claims team on the number above, or talk to your medical professional to clarify the definition.
- Claims should be submitted within three months of first diagnosis or undergoing surgery or as soon as reasonably practicable.
- If we are not notified of a claim within three months, we will not pay the lump sum benefit where any evidence required is no longer available due to the lapse of time.
Where we are not notified within three months of first diagnosis the lump sum benefit will only be payable at our discretion.
