- There's a no-obligation, no-charge consultation with a member of the Aviva Financial Advice Team for any employees aged 40+ who might want to understand their investment options, and aged 50+ if they want to look at their options for preparing for retirement. It will last 20 minutes.
How Aviva supports you
- Named advisers aligned to your worksite(s) from day one who get to know you, your pension scheme and your employees.
- Information and tools provided online that are designed to build awareness and engagement with employees.
- Telephony support through dedicated contact centres.
- Financial education seminars supporting employees approaching retirement or facing key decisions (some seminars may incur an additional employer charge).
- A diverse team of financial advisers based across the UK.
How much does financial advice cost your employees?
There’s no charge for your employee's first meeting with an adviser – it’s completely free. Once they’ve discussed their financial goals, they can decide whether advice could help them.
The adviser will also be upfront and clear about fees from the start, so employees can make an informed decision about whether they’d like to move forward. If they do decide that they'd like a personalised plan, they'll be asked to sign a Letter of Engagement.
The Aviva Financial Advice approach, and fees, are tailored to your employee's specific circumstances and goals – and they’ll always be explained in detail before any work begins.
