Our risk consultants use a Reinstatement Value Health Check tool, powered by BCH, to quickly provide an indication as to the accuracy of your buildings sums insured.
Impairment Management
An impairment is where any action results in any part of a detection or a protection system being inoperative, taken out of service, or a condition in which the said system cannot perform its' designed safety function. It is important to notify us of any impairment for us to help you manage the risk until the system is reinstated.

We are providing you with sprinkler test cards to enable you to record the results of weekly tests and checks which should be carried out.
