What does the Centre of Prevention Excellence team do?
- Manage risk improvements through to completion, working closely with our broker partners and customers
- Provide risk management advice via our risk advice helpline
- Manage property impairment notifications for our Global Corporate and Property Investors clients to ensure risks are managed while critical protection and detection systems are isolated
- Undertake accompanied surveys as part of training and development towards becoming a risk consultant of the future
How does the Centre of Prevention Excellence Team work?
Alignment with a Risk Consultant
Following the completion of a client engagement, customers receive their risk improvements and details of the aligned Prevention Consultant.
Regular progress updates
The Prevention Consultant will make regular contact for updates on progress and to offer any assistance or any further risk management advice or solutions.
Risk improvement verification
We may ask for photo or document verification to confirm completion of the risk improvement.
Virtual risk management
The Prevention Consultant may also support with a virtual risk management call to verify risk improvement completion or assist with any queries.

Impairment management
An impairment is where any action results in any part of a detection or a protection system being inoperative, taken out of service or a condition in which the system cannot perform its' designed safety function. Our impairment management service will help you manage the risk until the system is reinstated.
Virtual risk management
Our virtual risk management service connects you with a risk consultant via video technology, providing you with focused prevention support more efficiently.
