We can provide effective and impactful personal and organisational resilience support through our Specialist Partner Petros. These solutions are available to Aviva customers at preferential rates. 

Resilient people can respond and adapt to whatever comes their way. They have the skills to keep perspective, think clearly, focus on the main issue and perform well. Skills to build resilience can be taught at both the individual and organisational level to enhance overall mind health and performance. 

Petros are a not-for-profit organisation with a team who have spent many years working in critical occupations in some of the toughest workplace environments in the UK including maximum security prisons to high secure psychiatric hospitals, policing and with children in care.
