SignLive is a free online video interpreting service that connects you to a qualified British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter. We initially teamed up with SignLive to give Aviva and AvivaPlus car and home customers the option to get in touch using BSL. Following the successful launch of this pilot, we offer this same service across the Aviva business.

Your SignLive interpreter is the bridge between you and a member of the Aviva team so you can discuss your pension, car or home insurance claim. We can also help you with any customer service queries you may have.

Download the SignLive app on your mobile phone or tablet or connect using your web browser. 

Step 2

Log in

Log in using Facebook, Google, or your email address. If you’re new to the service, you’ll need to register first.

Step 3

Find Aviva

Discover Aviva under the Community Directory and tap ‘call’. 

This is a free service available when our phonelines are open.
