- If your application is declined for any reason or you have cancelled a policy in the previous 12 months, you are not entitled to a Body Coach App Subscription.
- Only valid for new health insurance customers purchasing a Healthier Solutions Policy, renewals and policies purchased via an employer sponsored scheme are not included.
- Purchases of an Aviva Policy made via comparison or cash back sites are not eligible for this offer.
- One Body Coach App Subscription per policy and up to two Body Coach App Subscriptions per household.
- Offer subject to availability.
- Over 18’s and UK residents only, excludes Aviva Advisors & Brokers.
- You will receive an email within 45 days of purchasing your policy inviting you to claim your Body Coach App Subscription.
- 12 month subscription requires a Body Coach App account to be opened.
