How it works

Step 1

Get in touch

As soon as you know about a claim, or if there’s been an incident that could lead to one, let us know the details. The sooner you get in touch, the more we can do to help.

Step 2

Do you have a broker?

If you have an insurance broker, you should contact them. Otherwise, please contact us directly. We’ll need to know your details and your policy number if you have it to hand. We’ll ask you about what happened and when, including details of the claimant and any witnesses, plus any injury, damage or loss.

Step 3

We’ll keep you informed

Once we know about a claim we’ll contact the other party’s insurer and will work to resolve the situation effectively. We’ll stay in touch with you or your broker throughout.
