I need to update an existing health claim for someone on my policy
If the claim is for someone named on your policy, you can update on their behalf. We will either email you or contact them directly within two working days.
Claim for a dependent under 16 years of age – Where information is provided about a minor you are doing so as their parent or legal guardian.
You do not need to update us on the following
- They have paid their excess
- They want to close their claim
- Their treatment date has changed
