Adding a member to your company policy

Before you go on

Please note, you can only complete this form if you are the group administrator. This will be the person who has been nominated to administer the policy on behalf of the company.

If you’re not the group administrator, please refer to your company contact.

Adding a member to a policy comes at extra cost. We’ll let you know how much once we’ve added the person.
