The fastest way to manage your payments
If the policy you want to manage begins with BPL, then you can update your Direct Debit details in MyAviva. That includes changing your payment date.
Just log in or register, then tap ‘Bank details’.
If your policy doesn’t start with BPL
This form is only for policyholders who pay for the policy. If someone else pays for your policy or you’re not the policyholder get in touch with our customer service team.
What happens when you change your payment date
When you change your Direct Debit details, it usually takes 10 working days to make the change to your policy.
If your next payment is due in the next 15 working days, we’ll still take the payment on your current payment date. Any future payments will be taken on your new date.
If you don’t want us to take the payment on your current date, or this will cause a problem for you then please get in touch with us. We can talk through your options with you.
Changes to a payment date can sometimes mean your first new payment might be slightly higher or lower than usual. If this happens, we’ll always let you know before we take the payment.
