Please note that this form should only be completed by those who wish to obtain a quote to decrease their cover as part of our cost of living support scheme. This scheme is open to customers who bought their policy after 14 November 2016 and whose policy number starts with the prefix 'BPL' (with the exception of over 50 life insurance policyholders).

If you took out your policy before this date, have an over 50 life insurance policy, or your policy number has a different prefix, you can contact us to discuss your options and how we can help you.

Do you have life or critical illness cover you want to reduce?

For example, if your existing cover amount is £50,000 and you want to reduce it by £20,000 enter; “£30,000”

Do you have an Income protection policy you want to reduce?

For example, if your existing cover amount is £1,000 per month and you want to reduce it by £200, enter; “£800”
