Before you continue...
You must read and agree to the information before completing our add new traveller form.
The addition of a new traveller will be based on the assumption that:
- The trip will start and finish in the UK
- The trip has not already started
- You are not currently in a claims situation or know of any reason why you might need to make a claim
- No traveller has had insurance refused, cancelled or had special terms imposed
- No person has made 3 or more travel claims in the last 3 years
- Nobody on the policy has received any criminal convictions involving fraud, theft, dishonesty or deception in the last 5 years
- No person on this policy is aware of any reason that could lead to the cancellation or abandonment of a trip. This includes being aware of a close relative, business associate, travelling companion or someone you are planning to stay with on your trip, who has a serious, chronic or recurring illness, injury or disease that would mean you may have to cancel or abandon a trip if their condition got worse
- Every traveller has been a UK resident for the last 6 months. We define a UK resident as a person whose main home is in the UK, is registered with a doctor and is liable to pay taxes in the UK.
If you, or any travellers, do not meet the criteria, you will need to use our general enquiries form.
Unable to meet the criteria?
Please use our general enquires form requesting to add a new traveller to your policy, providing further details as to why you cannot meet the above criteria, and we'll get back to you.
