If you’re thinking about leaving us, we want to help you consider your options and answer some of the most frequently asked questions we get around cancellation.
And if you still want to leave us after this, we’ll make it as hassle-free as we can.

And if you’d still like to cancel…
Still want to leave us? We’ll be sad to see you go, but we’ll make it as hassle free as possible. All you have to do is fill out our online form letting us know you want to cancel, and we’ll get the ball rolling.
If you change your mind and want to keep your cover, that’s fine too. As long as you let us know within 30 days, we should be able to restore it in most instances. We won’t charge you anything to do this, as long as you pay any outstanding premiums, and nothing’s happened during that time that you could have made a claim for.
