Your Annual Health Check
One of the first things you might want to do is order your annual Health Check. This self-administered fingerprick test can be taken in the comfort of your own home and includes full instructions and a pre-paid envelope for you to send your blood sample back to the laboratory.
It checks 20 different health markers to spot problems early on and covers a wide list of issues, including the risk of diabetes, cholesterol status and liver health.
You'll receive a personalised health report and recommended course of action. If needed, you can book a consultation with a digital GP to discuss the results. The Health Check is only available to the life assured.

Nutritional Consultations
Do you want to improve your eating habits? With Aviva DigiCare+ you, your spouse or your children (if they're aged between 12 and 18, or up to 21 if they're in full-time education) have access to six one-on-one consultations per year with a trained nutritionist.
The Nutritional Consultations can help you understand more about how nutrition affects your health and wellbeing. They can provide advice on eating plans, how to change your relationship with food and how to break bad habits.
Making healthy nutritional choices helps with achieving good physical fitness, which in turn can affect mental health. That’s why it makes sense to help establish a healthy relationship with food.
